It is in the cam plus subscription I have that I pay annually.
I have a total of 27 cameras on it.

Just to follow upā€¦ I deleted the cam and readded. I now have cam plus trial. I will try to move the cam to cam plus lite once the trial ends.

How does that have anything to do with how many cameras you can have? Further, why is it any of your concern?

I didnā€™t pay $50 nor for that matter anything. I chose $0 a long time ago. I donā€™t find the person detection feature all that useful but I do like the 12 second videos (which I had when I bought the cameras). Most of my recordings are of nothing or at least nothing important.

Iā€™m also in the process of implementing an Amcrest NVR with six cameras so that my monitoring is more self-contained. With this setup I can get constant recording, motion detection (flagged on the timeline), multi-camera synchronized playback, email notifications and more. Amcrest has cameras with AI built-in for person, vehicle and other triggers. So, no more cloud.

What I lose is person detection and integration with Alexa, although there might be a workaround for Alexa.

That is the number of Cam Plus licenses you have in your agreement. It is not the limit of Cam Plus Lite licenses possible.

A Cam Plus Lite license should cover all the cameras in your account.

As a final follow upā€¦ The cam in question was deleted and readded and entered into the cam plus trial. The trial has ended so the cam is now available for cam plus lite. But it still acts the same - will not add to my list. So, I assume the cam has an issue. It isnā€™t worth the time to submit a ticket. Thx for all the replies - Iā€™m considering the issue closed.

Iā€™m just asking if I have to also now pay $1.67 a month per camera to get live motion in the events section. I already pay the annual fee for the cam plus. I have quite a few cameras, doorbell cam that I have not yet installed and a scale.

If Iā€™m going to have to pay $1.67 a month per camera Iā€™m better off buying a DVR and hardwire cameras to my home. I actually have a DVR with 16 cameras, but didnā€™t want to run the wires.

Do you have a unlimited cam plus or do you have singular cam plus licenses for each of your cameras? If a camera has a cam plus license on it, you donā€™t need to also put cam plus light on it as the regular cam plus is more fully featured and allows longer event videos.

I have unlimited cam plus. Think it is $99 a year.i tried logging out and back in, then cleared cache, made sure all boxes for cameras are checked and still no playback in the events.

If I go back 2 days ago I can playback the movement. Something happened yesterday. Now it brings up a screen to buy more services.
