Honestly think im done

My subscription is cancelled.
This was today, its not isolated, its everyday.
This is all it picked up over a 3-hour period, missing a whole bunch of events.
First pic is a bunch of rubbish for bulk collection and a passing car; second event is a rubbish truck, but you will notice only one bin now because the first rubbish truck that collected it also swallowed the bin. Do I have proof, nope because it didn’t record a massive truck, but it somehow got the truck going the other way later.
In the 3rd recording, you will see the recycling bin has been collected, but it failed to pick up the massive truck that emptied it. You will also see that some of the bulk rubbish is also gone, picked up by people who grab semi-valuable stuff to take to recycling centres for a few bucks.
This isn’t isolated, it’s every damn day its just failing to record events.
It doesn’t record people coming to my door, nor does it record couriers that park right in the middle of the camera every day!
I’ve followed all the guides, messed with the settings, and reset the camera. all MULTIPLE times.
But it’s still the same.
Once the subscription runs out, these pos will go on eBay for a few bucks.
Issues when Wyze started were forgivable; a new company is going to have some teething issues to sort out, but I’m paying for a service YEARS later, and the issues are worse than ever.
I’m watching people with no knowledge on YouTube fumble their way through putting camera feeds into half-assed AI setups running on Raspberry Pi’s, and they work better than a paid service.
So I’m done.
This isn’t an airport, and I don’t have to announce my departure, but I hope I inspire others to leave this [Mod Edit].

You are Not Alone, switched to Reolink cameras and have had a Trouble Free camera system :grin:

Only use the Wyze “Toy” cameras for non-security related uses since they are so unreliable…..

This is the way. It should not be this frustrating to integrate my existing cameras or door locks into Home Assistant. But why should I expect that when basic features of their cloud app does not function as advertised despite paying for a subscription? Just ordered my Reolink replacements and cannot wait to end this nightmare.
