I see a Monitoring icon at the bottom of the home page. When I press it I cannot see any any place to set key pad to timing of alarm. Please help

What exactly do you mean by “timing of alarm?”

Are you subscribed to the Home Monitoring Service and have the Sense V2 sensors, keypad etc?

Think that’s the problem. Bought this back in March and just setting it up now. can not locate my activation code.

Have you looked in your junk email folder or spam folder? Here is a snippet I found on a HMS support page.

Did you successfully redeem the activation code? You received the code in the email address attached to your Wyze account when your Core Starter Kit shipped.
