It appears the HMS system only allows 1 alarm code. This is too limiting for real world usage.

The following alarm code options are needed:

  • Assign individual and unique codes for a per-user basis. Allows for seeing who’s used a code.
  • Create a temporary code with an expiration date for someone who only needs temporary access. Example: someone house-sitting for a week.
  • Create a One Time Use code (similar to above but no need to set an expiration date).

I agree. The Wyze Lock has the options why not HMS? @UserCustomerGwen

Agreed. I would like to have additional codes for family members and another one for maintenance crew from the condo company.
