Home Monitoring Service Activation code does not work

Hello Wyze folks, excited to be part of the wyze community.
I received my HMS kit last week and couple of reminder emails to activate the service.
However, whenever I try to activate, I get a Invalid coupon error message.

I reached out to support couple of times and they converted to email support. Even after multiple emails I have not received any help.

Is there any other way to reach support and get this resolved ?

I would suggest calling support.

Also, do you have the ticket number from the email(s)?

Hi @sravancool20 and welcome again.
Did you login to your account at https://wyze.com/ to activate?
You’ll click on “My Services” bar at the left. Will take you to: Wyze Home Monitoring Service

There is a place to enter the coupon code. If you get an error, take a screenshot and send it with a reply to the eMail from Support Services. Hope this helps. :slightly_smiling_face:

@Brlepage thanks for the contact#, I will call them today and see if they can offer me any help !
I do have the ticket #1199619 from my chat with them.

@dr.know I tried all the ways I could possibly find on the page with the same error message. I shared the screenshot along with the coupon code and order# to them. At which point they said this needs to be converted to email support as it needs to be handled by their Services team.
