Free Month of Cam Plus Code Not Working

I received an email from Wyze with a code for a free month of Cam Plus for my doorbell.
However, when I enter it, I get a message that the coupon isn’t valid.
To add to the frustration, when I click on “contact us” it asks for my email and password, then says that account already exists, and then . . . zipp.
Why isn’t this coupon working?

I had a similar issue with an emailed code. In the app, click on Account then Services then CamPlus. You might find 2 groups of subscriptions. One group for any prior subscriptions and a second group listing the emailed subscription. If memory serves me correctly, the emailed code wouldn’t work because the license was already assigned in the app, which I didn’t expect.
