Hi everyone, I am confused by my Wyze bulbs. I have 4 in a group on my Front porch. I have a routine that turns them blue, and sets the power low. It’s a good look. This runs at 6pm…..a little while later these lights will turn yellow and go bright. i can not find the automation for this. It is happening every day. I can not see any automation that does this in Wyze or Alexa. I do have apple homekit, and there is nothing here either. How can i diagnose where and how this happening?
Are you using only Wyze Automations and Amazon Alexa to control and automate these? When you say that you’re using a “routine” to change them to low-brightness blue, is that an Alexa Routine or Wyze Automation? If it’s a Wyze Schedule Automation, then What does your Automation History in the Wyze app show? (You get to this by tapping the house with clock icon to the right of “My Automations” on the Automations tab.)
Do the Bulb Colors change to bright yellow consistently at the same time? Is that their normal setting when they’re on and you’re not setting them to dim blue? If so, then does your dim blue routine have an end time that’s making them reset to bright yellow?
Are these bulbs shared with another user? Is it possible that another user is either manually changing these bulbs’ settings or that a shared-access user has some kind of automation (Wyze Automation or Alexa Routine) running that is changing them after your 6 p.m. automation? (I don’t know if a shared-access user’s Wyze Automations would show up in your Automation History or not; I’ve never tested this.)
If none of that pans out, then I wonder if you have a “ghost rule” (you can search the Forum for more information about that situation), but I’d look for answers to those other questions first.
Those are my initial thoughts, anyway. Hopefully someone else has a better idea, because that sounds like a frustrating situation.

Thanks for the detailed answer. Just checked my automation history in Wyze and it is showing when the blue lights come on at 6. No other automations running here.
Bulbs are not shared with other users.
I rechecked the bulbs individually and the group and reset the color to the blue I like. Will check it tonight if yellow comes out again
Will look up ghost routine after that.

Another thought…
How is the power to the fixture?
I have often seen with power outages color bulbs default back to a bright white after they flash green (setup mode) for awhile.
Possible that power is not sufficient or fluxuating to the fixture enough to put the bulbs into setup mode, then default back to white, then since they were never really removed the automation still runs on time.
