You’re probably having the same problem I had. Try resetting the scale by pulling a couple of the batteries then putting them back in. It fixed my problem immediately.
@WyzeAlexN everything for me is syncing well for about 2 months when I noticed I hadn’t connected AppleHealth to my Wyze app for the scale. Ever since that point the data is finding it’s way over just fine. So great full for that.
However, I’m missing the data the Wyze scale was collecting for me in Apple Health. Other than me manually typing that data in, is there a way to sync that older data over to Apple Health?
My new scale is syncing with the Wyze App. And the first time I used the scale, Apple Health also received the data.
However today, my second day with the scale, Apple Health is no longer receiving the data. Apple Health still shows yesterday’s data from the Wyze app, although the Waze app does show today’s data.
I’ve tried checking and unchecking every place on the Wyze App as well as on the Apple Health app. Please help soon! Because this needs to work else I need a replacement.
