I am trying to set up two security cans for my sister who has a Fire 10 tablet and no smart phone. Any suggestions for where or how to get the Wyze app that’s necessary. It is not in the Amazon app store.
Look up “sideloading” for the Fire tablet. It should be one toggle.
Then go to http://apkmirror.com in a browser on the tablet and find the Wyze “apk” file.
Download and install it.
Edit: a little birdie (the name was tcpdump) suggested you may also need to install Google Play Services and recommended a tutorial at Install the Google Play Store on your Amazon Fire Tablet (Updated Aug 2022)
