Headphone not pairing with TVs

Does anyone have issues with the headphones not connection with hisense TVs?
I have two at this location that work with other headphone but will not pair with the WYZE phones. Thy do work with my cell.

I had issues connecting to my work computer. Don’t know if this would work for you, but this is what I did:

Do a reset on the buds (hold the button on the case down with the lid open for 20+ seconds).

Try to pair with the TV first, before connecting to your wyze app/phone (you’ll want to turn Bluetooth off on your phone and forget the wyze buds first)

If it pairs to the TV, then pair the buds to the wyze app (remember to turn Bluetooth back on).

It took me less than 5 minutes or so.

I will give that a try as it may also work with the headphones. We are heading to the condo today where we have two more smart TVs so who knows.
