My cameras were just hacked. Someone gained access to my wife’s account, She had access [shared] to the cameras. I quickly removed her from my account as the person on the other side was saying a lot of racist, inappropriate things, and threatening to k*ll us if I turned them off. Also activated the SOS mode. Very disturbing and scary for my kids.
First order of business is to send an email to security@wyze.com so this can be investigated.

In addition to what Omgitstony said, change passwords, and enable two factor authentication.
If you used the same password for other accounts, change them as well. Note, you really should not use the same password on any two accounts.

I am sorry this has happened. We take issues like this seriously and want to look into what happened. As others have stated please email us at security@wyze.com along with changing your password and enabling 2FA.
