I updated the firmware on my v3 cam and garage door controller and ever since the app keeps telling me the garage door has been left open for over 5 min, even when it is closed. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
I’m not sure why this would be necessary in your situation, but it sounds like you need to recalibrate your QR code. That is usually necessary when the camera is moved, but not due to a firmware update.
The process is to go to the GDC camera’s settings, then Accessories > Garage Door Controller > QR Code Detection > QR Code Calibration.
I am not seeing this issue on my production V3 camera firmware 4.36.10.4054 and GDC firmware 0.10.0.21.
