Just use a Chrome extension that allows per-site settings. I’m pretty sure Dark Reader and Turn Off the Lights do per-site dark theme.
I’ll try that “Dark Reader” Firefox Extension on my Android Phone.
Thanks Seapup!
Dark Reader does, for sure. I’ve used this on both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox on a PC. I haven’t tried Turn Off the Lights, so I appreciate that tip.
What happened to @Rulwiz ? I didn’t think one could expunge one’s forum activity (save where one’s been quoted) because leaves continuity gaps in conversations.
I haven’t heard a peep. Maybe Loki knows.
He’s still got an account on Discord.
If someone needs this for some reason, they can talk to an admin about it.
People were always able to manually edit and delete individual comments anyway, which does the same thing.
But if there is something really important, then I’m sure a mod/admin can take over the post such as a wishlist topic or something. Otherwise I see no harm in respecting people’s wishes if they have such a desire.
Fixed that for you.
Yeah, well, I would talk to mods first and they can pass it on to the admins for a decision.
mods pass to admins, admins pass to Wyze, Wyze purges/expunges or allows admins to do it on their behalf. Mods can only edit, merge, move and kind-of-sort-of delete topics and posts.
Hey!
I thought you just said you believed in the value of continuity and that things shouldn’t be deleted:
What kind of irony is this?
He did a good job moving the conversation to Watercooler
Agreed. I replied there, it was just too perfect to resist razzing my old buddy for deleting something after indicating it shouldn’t be allowed.
Rulwiz forum account was deleted per his request with concurrence from Wyze on Sept 3.
Thanks, Loki. As I understand it, I cannot self-delete this topic:
https://forums.wyze.com/t/you-are-not-the-boss-of-me/313457
…because there are comments attached. I would like to delete this topic. Will you delete it for me?
Got it for Loki.
Thank you, sir.
Sort of.
Variable setting, I guess. Years ago it was five or so deletions (in the same thread) before the system would impose a timeout. Now two, I guess. Or maybe it varies depending on thread length.
Should we expect to see a #duo-cam-doorbell tag at some point?
