Is there a way to find the Buds Pro by making the case make sound? Looking for a feature similar to AirPods where you can locate them if you have misplaced them.

Sadly, no. I suspect that location features will become a lot more common now that more phones are coming with Ultra Wide Band capabilities, and Google is also launching a location tracking network soon, so soon all phones will have location networks on them and the next few years will likely have most phones with UWB…but sadly the Buds Pro do not have this. Mine will actually show up in my Google Devices and show me on a map where I last connected to them on my phone through Bluetooth (which can be helpful to narrow it down), but not necessarily where they currently are at this moment, where they might have fallen out of my pocket, etc.
