The past few days I’ve been getting notifications about a person detected in my back yard. When I check, it’s just shadows from my pine tree. There used to be a button to send a correction notice to Wyze, but that’s disappeared. I have about a dozen of these over the past few days.
I really want the person detection, but I’m getting tired of these false alarms.

If your are playing the event back from recent events listed under the live view it won’t show up. If you play it back from the Events Page on the app it wil show up. I am using the iOS app. Do you have all events selected to be recorded or just smart detections.?
@Antonius - This is nothing new with Wyze AI. I get false person detections daily. What’s makes it double annoying are the Alexa announcements on my echo that prompts me to check the events in the app or look at my echo show screen for the display routine I have only to find no person.
I have five V4 cams, five V3 cams, one V3 PRO and four WCOv1 and I have no issues with false person except sometimes a possum will be tagged as person.
Most often the false person alerts are coming from my backyard cam v3 and is either a shadow, branch waving or most recently a mound of snow when a motion event triggers. Cloud and sd card recordings are both reviewed for confirmation or denial.
I have all of these plus cam v2, cam pan v2 & v3’s, BCP,s, cam og, floodlight v2 and vdb duo in my array of Wyze products. Not all in active service. For monitoring, alerts, automations and Alexa routines I’m actively engaging 27 various cams with cam unlimited and sd cards. Literally 360⁰ viewing around my house, shed and property.
