Has anybody had a problem viewing events when you open up a certain camera and scrolling through the events where all sudden it closes itself and goes to the home screen. It has been doing it to me for over a week I believe possibly two.
Can you tell me if this is happening with every camera or a certain model? Also, what exact app version are you running?
I have experienced the OP’s symptom a couple of times on my Samsung S10 Lite tablet Android App version 3.22.1.979. I only have v3 cameras all on firmware 4.36.17.21.
It never happens on my Pixel 11 Pro XL App version 3.22.1.979 and never happens on my iPad Pro.
Also, when swiping through Event Videos goes to the Home Screen, it seems that responsiveness get slow before the App crashes. A reboot of my S10 Lite tablet seems to make the Wyze App happy again.

Im on the newest version of the app 3.22.1(979) but it has been doing this on the last two apps if I can remember correctly. And it happens with any camera. I opened the events tab at the bottom of the home screen and when I pick a camera group and I’m scrolling through all the events for the day or for the time I want to see, after doing a bunch of events the screen goes black and then it goes to the home screen.
If anyone can reproduce this and is willing to give me a screen recording and submit a log it would help me a lot.
Jason, here you go. I had to record this video on an iPad because once my Samsung Tab S10 Lite begins to act unresponsive, I can not start screen capture. Makes me think the Android OS is crashing with the Wyze App.

Jason, not sure if you are asking others to chime in and not me, but i am still experiencing the issue in my video three posts above.
As i try to replicate the issue, i notice it takes about 10 minutes of constant swiping through Cloud Event videos before the App goes back to the Home screen.

I just tried it and it went to the black screen after 15 swipes on the events tab
I tried to do a screen recorder to show you the problem that is still happening but the video would cut out before the screen went back to home screen
Jason, the OP mentions 15 swipes to get to a black screen. Tonight i counted around 50 down swipes for the Wyze App to go to the Home screen. I don’t normally swipe 50+ times during a Cloud Event viewing session so i never thought to count until the OP mentioned 15.
As i neared 50 swipes the Wyze App got sluggish (similar to in my video posted above), so i knew the App was about to crash.
I also as a test tried to Restart my S10 Lite tablet as the Wyze App got sluggish and getting to the tablet Restart menu was very slow too. Once the tablet Restarted Wyze App worked normally until another about 50 swipes. Hope this info helps your team.
I was asking anyone, i will let the team know you are still experiencing it. They had made a cloud change and were wondering if it worked.

Jason, i just want to report in that the Wyze App crashing and returning to the Home screen is still happening on Android App version 3.23.0.989.
