iOS 17.4.1
Wyze app version 2.50.5 (4)
iOS 17.4.1
Wyze 2.50.5 (4)
It seems like every time the Wyze app gets an update, something always gets messed up.
I wonder if the programmers actually open the app and play with everything before sending it out to be updated?
Thanks this might possibly be An issue with IOS only
Happens in Android, too. Android 14 Wyze v2,50.2 (442)
Thanks for that information
For what itās worth, Iām unable to replicate @p2788dealās experience, and Iām using Wyze app v2.50.2 (442) on Android 13. Maybe itās related to Android version in addition to affecting iOS users?
Saw this earlier but I didnāt think it was serious enough. I can live with this but not the other more important bugs.
Right on. Iām not seeing on my phone what others have reported here, but I understand how it could be inconvenient and frustrating.
For what itās worth, I havenāt yet even seen v2.50.5.449 (April 25, 2024) in Google Play Store, but Iāve now disabled auto update for the Wyze app because of the recent production deliveries of borked apps and firmwares. I appreciate bleeding-edge innovation, but I value stability even more.
Stability is incredibly important in a product I rely on as an element of my familyās safety.
So I was running the newest Wyze beta version on iso and didnāt see the issue. Then I installed the version from the App Store and now seeing the issue. Seem to be an issue on this newest version that just got released.
same here. iOS v2.50.5(4)
I donāt recall seeing it any other way. Each one in its own group.
Any update on what the issue is and how to solve it please.
Thanks
@WyzeJasonJ just posted this:
Got the update this morning (4/30/24), events showing good now, thanks.
lol Iām the one that reported it and mine are still messed up. When to App Store no update available for me
Go to the Apple App Store, click on your face icon, then pull down on the screen that pops up, that will force it to search for all updates.
I did not know this - Thanx!
