Events only visible on 2 cameras

I have Cam unlimited. I can only see recorded events on my 2 V4 cameras. The 5 V3 cameras have the View Playback button that is useless. Am I doing something wrong?

Are you trying to view the cloud recorded videos from the events page of the app or view playback from the SD cards in the V3 cams?
If you open the events page on the app, and tap the Funnel looking icon you will get a new page, make sure you tap clear all , either that or select all and tap show results. You can do the same thing if you tap cameras on the top of the events page.(Filters)
