Events are saved but not reproducing

Hi! I’m still having some trouble with my events. I suscribed to the Cam Plus so I now have longer events being recorded but I can’t reproduce them. I Attatch an example…
As you can see in the screenshots the event says 1m14s long, but when I click to play it only 2 seconds show up! How can I solve this problem?
I already reseted my cam as well as my phone…

This may be a bug with the camera.
You should try flashing the firmware.
