Error Message on App - Resolved

Problem solved! Had to uninstall and reinstall.

am getting the attached error (device not registered) when I try to look at my cams. I can still click on it and view my cams. I checked all my settings, logged in/out etc. My subscription is still active. Any recommendations?

Wyze - Business as usual. I wonder if today’s app hotfix also came with a backend change, and caused this outage?

Android app 3.3.5.623 (not the hot fix)
Cams on Favorites tab: Failed to Connect | Error Code -00000

Some of the cameras are still functioning. But not floodlights V2 and pro.

Edit - seems to be coming back up now.

Huh. My cams are v2 & v3.

I just now pulled-down to refresh the Favorites tab and the cams loaded.

Closed and reopened app. All good.

Given the timing and description of the problem, I suspect this may have been related to Favorites screen not working.

Could be they were working on “usability improvements” in the background and had to disconnect “it” briefly to achieve “it.” :slight_smile:
