Without more detail, I think what you’re trying to share is an error message you’ve received in a browser while trying to log into your Wyze account. I believe that those are usually accompanied by instructions to contact customer support if you try again later and continue to see the error.

Having said that, what other detail can you share about what you were trying to do when you saw the error message? For instance, are you trying to log into the app on a phone? If so, then what browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and/or switching to a different default browser and attempting to log in again? Sometimes when I’ve seen similar messages while trying to log in with a PC browser, just closing the tab and opening a new one allows me to authenticate.
