I have camplus and get this error with every clip…its so frustrating! This problem has been going on since 2020 and its still a problem??? It says alot about the wyze support i suppose
The Wyze Video Doorbell v2 just came out a few months ago. Did you have the original one if you have been experiencing this since 2020?
No i didnt have the original but ive seen this problem with retrieving from the cloud has existed since then. Im also having issues with it randomly going off-line for hours at a time. Powering down and back up isnt helping this issue. Then itll suddenly come back sometimes
It seems rebooting my main router resolved the doorbell signal being dropped for now
Are you still getting the Error 06 after rebooting the router?
I did but i got on chat support and they suggested ii do a hard reset on the doorbell and the problem is gone, yay! I have a new problem though. When i went through the process of setting up the doorbell again and said yes to camplus it is now charging me for 3 devices instead of 2
