DuoCam starts recording sooner in powered mode

I remember seeing a statement when setting up my DuoCam that it would respond 2-3 seconds faster to a motion detection recording on powered mode versus battery only.

I can’t find the statement anywhere now to share with a friend. Does anyone have a doc ref or a screenshot of this?
