I have a need to pull 24+ hours of media from several of my cameras. Right now my only options are realtime “record the event from the playback menu” or go get the SD card out of the camera and copy the contents onto my PC.
It would sure be nice if I could copy the data from the camera remotely (through the app or PC connection) via the WiFi connection. I really dont want to have to climb a 30’ ladder to get to a couple cameras for this need…

This is correct. The feature that you are requesting as been asked for many times in the past. Feature requests are handled thru a new topic post in the Wishlist. Go to the Wishlist, search the topics for one that matches your request. If you find one, vote for it at the top, like 
some posts, and add your reply post to support the request. If you do not find a match, submit a new topic for approval.
