Hi. After 2 years of using the doorbell it stopped working. Originally, was an offline issue. Usually when this happens, I just reset and resetup on the app. Now it won’t work.
I checked the voltage, reads 19v; says in the manual should be 16-24v.
After reinstalling wires (power cycle), the unit will have a yellow light. Lasts about 15 - 30 secs. Then nothing.
Will not flash yellow.
When pressing the reset button, not audible saying “ready to connect”
Spoke with support, they say the unit has “died”
Any other ideas?
