Why has this concern gone unanswered since 2022, @Wyze? I don’t want to be a target with the blue light always on. My other cameras by your company allow me to turn off the night light. Please update with an option to turn off blue light at night.
Wyze doesn’t care and/or the chip /coding makes it impossible to fix. Cover it with tape.
I have the Doorbell Pro at my other condo, and every time that someone walks by it the blue ring light goes off. It would be ideal to be able to turn it off or not have it be so damn bright that attention is brought to my camera.
I had the wyze doorbell pro for 4 months before I decided to get the original wyze doorbell cam that’s wired, mainly because of this light issue and the inability to go back and see events recorded without a subscription. Was able to use in an apartment with a ring doorbell transformer. Def recommend going this route if possible to avoid the issues with the pro doorbell
