Well it’s been a while but finally believe I got to the root of the problem. Seems to be to many clients on my access point.
I had a spare wireless router and hooked it up as a 2nd AP (and different ssid) on my network and have not had a problem since.
Guess I should have thought to do that earlier but guess that’s how it goes sometimes.
My wifi scanner app shows 46 networks in my vicinity, and I have at least 20 devices on my own wifi network.
Try figuring that out.

I am having the same issue. My wife brought it to my attention. All was well until a few weeks ago. Now my doorbell shows error code 6 and I cannot retrieve cloud footage or view any recordings from the doorbell time line.
I will continue to read this thread for solution to this issue. I am guessing an update has caused this problem.
Hello, I had the same problem with my Wyze OG camera and was able to resolve it. I changed the time on my cell phone by checking it with another device. It was three minutes fast after I corrected. I was able to view all events. Let me know if this works for you.
