I have not issue with the Doorbell but if I use the IOS app and select the recent events tab to view previous footage, they show up on the list. But when I select the footage, it goes into a continuous loading, and never plays the video. The only work around it to actually go to the device “live view”, and roll back to the event where it will play without any problems. I have cleared cache, reboot, all the normal things, but this continues to plague the device, but it might be a IOS app issue.
