My new doorbell cam is recording events and I can see them when I pick that camera, but when I click on the alerts button, I can see all the other cams but not the doorbell alerts. I’ve updated everything and done all I know to do. What do you suggest?
Are you filtering out the videos in the event tab? clear all filters to show all videos. What type of events are they? AI tagged or general motion?
Which doorbell model is your new doorbell? You tagged the topic cam-outdoor, which is not a doobell model.

I had to select two things or I couldn’t post, so I selected outdoor. It’s the regular doorbell camera, not the pro. Where is the filter selection? As you can tell, I don’t know much. The other two cameras worked without doing anything.
