After a walk outside the geo fence area, my door does not unlock automatically as it did before the late May software update. Today I could not even open it through the app and had to get a key out. Before late May it would open the door automatically as I approached.
I have had this problem on an ongoing basis. It unlocks maybe 20% of the time. When both my wife and I go out and come back, does the fact that both of our phones have the auto unlock have any impact on whether it unlocks or not?
