I have been unable to get Wyze to respond to emails requesting assistance with my new door bell. The daytime picture is messed up. The doorbell has bell has been reset, restarted and checked all settings. Still the picture is messed up. How do I get Wyze to respond?
Call support on their dime. 1-844-999-3226. I called this morning at 9 Am pacific time and got a live person on the second ring.
