I have four new white bulbs programmed via the app, will the programming have to be re-configured if the bulbs lose (and then regain) power?

Setting and rules should all stay in tact when power is removed then reapplied from the from the Wyze White bulb. Where the device settings are stored in your app profile and not the device itself.
For whatever reason or another I get the joy of experiencing many power outages and household members who like to turn off switches (behavior change is hard when you’ve been told to turn lights off for years) and I have not had to re-configure the bulbs in any case.
