I am also experiencing the same issue after the firmwarm update to 4.36.11.7071. Does anyone know if a hard reset of the cam would work? Not really sure if I want to go through the trouble of setting the cam up all over again if it doesn’t help.

Wow. I am sorry to hear this. I think I will stay on 5859. I believe from hearing these latest reports and not updating, there must be an issue. My detection settings seem to be okay at this time.

This is exactly what I get after I mark my detection zone and save what I’ve marked, I go back to detection and it’s changed to this screen.

I’m experiencing the same issue after updating to the most recent firmware. This needs fixed ASAP.

This is what mine does every since I did the update. Every time I mark my detection settings nothing works at all. Turns back to blank. They need to hurry up and fix this because this is how I monitor my child after school.
