My detection zone keeps saying it is off even when the slider is on. If I reboot the base unit it will work for a short time but then the same thing happens. Recordings almost completely stop when this happens. I’ve reinstalled app, cleared cache, reset services. Anyone else experience this issue?

I don’t own any of the Cam Outdoors. The first Forum member who comes to my mind for these is @Antonius, but I don’t know what input he might have to offer. What did Support say when you contacted them?
They gave the standard answer. Make your app/phone/system is up to date. Power cycle, etc. Nothing has helped the problem. I’m supposed to submit a log which I intend to do. They asked me to do that last night.

Can’t help, I have four WCO v1 cams and haven’'t used the detection zone in over five years. The first few months I tried the detection zone but the cams kept recording trees blowing in the wind. I currently have cam unlimited set for person, pet on the WCO and I get No tree event videos.
