Delayed notifications continue

I’m about ready to box my three cameras and base up and ship them back. The delays associated with notifications are infuriating. And from what I am reading, this is a problem that has been ongoing for a year. If they can’t do better than this, than back to Ring I will go, price or no price. It’s gotten to the point where the motion portion of the cameras are utterly useless because it takes 15-30 minutes to get a notification. I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps everyone has mentioned here, but it’s not that I’m not getting them, it’s that they’re coming WAY after the fact.
