I also bought the incorrect battery thinking that the one available on their website had to be compatible. For some reason, they sell the cordless vacuum s but no replacement battery for it. They sell the replacement battery for the cordless vacuum, but not the vacuum. This is disappointing and amateur hour level supply chain management. Don’t count on Wyze resolving the issue.
