That isn’t how it works. It never has. Events are tagged by the server after an upload. The V3 cam has no onboard AI. It is incapable of tagging.
As I said, SD Card Playback Timeline icons to tag and identify events at specific times on the continuously recorded timeline were only implemented on cams after the V3Pro. Those tags and icons are not in the SD card though. They are placed there by the server and reflect Events that were uploaded at the indicated times. These tags require server uploads and Internet connectivity.
However, if you would like to request that Wyze add this new feature to the V3 SD Card Playback Timeline, that is handled thru a new topic post in the Wishlist. Go to the Wishlist, search the topics for one that matches your request. If you find one, vote for it at the top, like 
some posts, and add your reply post to support the request. If you do not find a match, submit a new topic for approval.
