I’m not aware if it is. I haven’t ever seen it in actual use on a Discourse installation. I just know that it exists.
I once worked at an institution where we used a different wiki product for some documentation. I liked that as a writing tool but found that I was really the only person making changes to the stuff I was writing, so we didn’t seem to be getting a lot of use out of the collaborative features.
