You guys are really making me have to wait till March before you ship my video doorbell , Well you guys can suck it… your not even telling people what you had to fix on it for this long long long ass Delay.
To be fair, you pre-ordered a product, in the middle of a pandemic. If you wanted a video doorbell immediately, I suggest you look at your numerous options at a local store. Gotta give Wyze credit for even stepping into the space.
I’m not a Wyze employee and I don’t have any info on the nature of the delay. But I will mention that you can cancel your order if you wish by contacting Customer Support (206) 339-9646 Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm PT and Saturday 8 am - 4 pm PT.
