Technically the cams that have bluetooth you do not need to access the cam. Delete it from the app on the old wifi, it will factory reset and go to “ready to connect”, connect it to the new wifi. Just gotta be within 50 feet or so.
Of course far easier to just set your new router to the old wifi info, assuming it hasn’t been compromised, or set up a dedicated IOT wifi that you carry over to new routers.
