Change default colors/brightness from controller?

I set this up in my daughter’s room want she loves that she can hit the button to cycle through the colors, but her favorite colors are not one of the defaults and she often wants to dim them at night. Is there no way to set new colors/brightness as the ones cycled through when the controller is clicked? If not, that would be a much needed update.
