send a message to discobot with these exact words and replace [AT] by @
" [AT]discobot start new user "
since you probably can’t create new messages (directly to discobot) yet…
find the welcome message and reply with the text above
to find the welcome message click your profile picture then click the letter icon then you should see the welcome message
