Caught a meteor on my backyard cam about 3:30am Saturday in Denver. It’s the second time; first was about a year ago. Can’t upload video since I’m a “new user”.

Look around at a few other posts for a few minutes. That should get you upgraded automatically to Trust Level 1 so that you can upload the video. Shouldn’t take anymore than 10 minutes of quick browsing. Maybe run a search for other meteor videos for a minute and enjoy seeing some others had too. 
Then you’ll be able to post yours too.
