I go to download an event clip and it starts but then freezes. The program itself is responsive, but the download bar doesn’t move. If I then cancel it and attempt to download it again it says “event saved to your device”, but attempting to play it I get an error saying it can’t play the file. This happens on my Wyze V4s but also my V3s. The only way to download the clip is to switch to SD card playback and hit the record button while viewing a clip.
