Cannot open cameras V3

I guess I will give it a few more days before reverting back to release. I had hoped WYZE would have a fix by now considering beta was released on 7/27

Have you tried uninstalling the app then going to the app store and installing version 2.23.23. This has corrected the issues, see my previous post (#61).

You don’t need to delete Test Flight, just uninstall the app and then go to the App Store and install it that way. Don’t use the Test Flight Install.

Yes, I’m having the same problem with just my v3 cams. The app just crashes and shuts down. I don’t have the problem with my v2s or pancams. I’m a beta tester running the latest iOS on my iPhone and iPad. It just started happening about a few days ago.

I deleted the app and reinstalled and it fixed the issue.

Had a problem several weeks ago on the latest update, wouldnt let me live view, and one camera wouldnt even let me connect. Wiped the app from my iPhone and reloaded it from my apps store, and then reset the cameras to factory settings and it cured the problem.

I had the same issue, and once customer service ruled out everything else she asked if I was using the beta app, which I was, asked me to switch to the regular app, which I did, and everything works perfectly now. Hate having to leave the beta app, but once they get it fixed I will go back to it.

Welcome to the community, Glad you got it all worked out.

However, you didn’t need to leave the Beta Program. you can leave the Test Flight in place and when an update comes you can install it. Either way works.
