Cannot move camera from my app cam pan v3
How are you trying, and what happens (or doesn’t happen) when you try?
Also confirm if this is a camera on your account - as opposed to camera on someone else’s account that has been shared with you?
I am missing the buttons to move it up and down and left and right support told me to unplug it and plug it back in and they showed up and now it’s not showing them again if I’ve got to keep doing this then I’m done with this camera and I just got it
What phone model, phone operating system version, camera model, camera firmware version and Wyze app version number you are using?
Also, you can’t control your camera when you have no connection to it:

Need to report Phone OS, Wyze app and Cam Pan v3 version numbers.
Also, if possible, plz post a screenshot from problem cam at the point where you encounter the issue.
Below the row of icons below the image, does it say “Recent Events”? If so, swipe you finger down from the words “Recent Events”. That will reveal the pan controls. You can also just swipe the image itself.
