Can’t update V2 cameras

My Wyze V2 cameras cannot get updated beyond 4.9.4176 version . Is there a way to resolve this issue? Can this problem be resolved remotely by Wyze

If it won’t update automatically, you may need to update using an SD card.

What happens when you try? Are you trying from the individual camera or the bulk firmware update page?

And what version are your cameras? V2 cameras have a firmware version that is 4.9.9.nnnn - there is no 4.9.4176
