Can’t log into IPad/iOS apps Cam v3

For the past few days, I’ve been unable to log into the iPad and IOS app for my cam v3. Although I’m entering my correct user name and password, I repeatedly get an error message saying incorrect user name and password.

Thinking my password may be incorrect, I’ve changed it three times and get the same error. I uninstalled/reinstalled and having the same issue. And now I’m locked out of my account.

Any ideas?

Are you using a VPN? Try disabling it
