I am unable to change the tune in my Wi-Fi chime. I received it with my duo cam doorbell and installed it last night. When I go into its settings, I can change the volume but the list of tunes is a blank set of radio inputs. See attachment.
I have uninstalled the iOS app, reinstalled it, removed the Wi-Fi chime, and factory reset the chime. Nothing has changed it.
Has anyone seen this and overcome it?
