Can not install Wyze App on any of my devices?

I am also having this issue. My main device, Pixel 8a, Android 15, Wyze 3.4.0 (b629), has other issues with the app, so I did a full factory reset on my son’s old phone, Motorola Moto e 2020 (Retail US), Android 10, logged in with my Google account, and could not find the app in the Play Store. I checked the web page for the app, and it said some devices were not compatible. I do not have a SIM in my son’s old phone, but that shouldn’t be required to install an app. Per your site, Android 9 is the required version, so I am not sure what it would be missing, otherwise. Any advice? Thanks!
The advice would be to check the OS in order to determine whether it’s a 64-bit version of Android 10 that the moto e is running, because the Wyze app has required a 64-bit version of Android since v3x launched. Looking at the specifications online, I’d wager that the moto e, being a lower-end device, probably runs a 32-bit version of Android, so it should be possible to obtain an older (v2.50x) APK and install that on the phone, but you won’t get that from Google Play Store.

Same here,just paid off 150 for solar camera and can’t load app or camera on my Moto 2023. Low end phone? Cost me 125 bucks 6 months ago. You try living on SSA retirement buddy. That’s a lot of groceries! There was no warning you were going to change or I would have bought a different phone . One that all 5 of my cameras from you I have been using for years would work on.! Just bought 3 solar cameras from Temu for 65 bucks total and they work great! Now I am stuck with your cameras that won’t work on my phone. Thanks for nothing!
